Whitewater Lodge

We have a fabulous time. One thing that would be helpful for this particular property is to identify the outside trash can or box to put your trash in. There was a bright orange home depot box outside the home that looked like you should leave the trash there because of bears...it was the only thing around the house to put trash in. That is where we left the one bag of trash we had...but, I was concerned that it was for something else. If there could have been a sign on it to say...put trash here...would have made it easier is all. No other trash cans were outside. Thank you....we had a wonderful time!

Everything was beautiful about the time spent there! It was very relaxing! It was like being at home but away from home and all of the distractions of a busy lifestyle!

The Owl's Nest was a great location for a relaxation vacation. Blue Ridge is also a quiet peaceful area to get away. Just what we needed.

This is the perfect cabin for a family getaway. The scenery was beautiful, the living areas were spacious and clean. My kids loved the pool and the arcade games in the basement, and everyone enjoyed sitting around the fire-pit roasting marshmallows. We will definitely be back!

We have stayed in Buckhorn Lodge twice now and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The cabin is clean, spacious, and well equipped. This cabin has the best kitchen of any property I have rented. Our large group had plenty of room to spread out, and we loved the deck area and fire pit. The views are incredible! There were guests at the cabin next door, but the property around Buckhorn provides enough privacy that we were never bothered by them. It felt like we had our own private wooded area. The only thing I would ask of Blue Sky Cabins is to update the directions for finding the cabin. Weatherall is no longer right before the connector road, so that landmark is not helpful. We are also coming from Nashville, so we approach from 75 south. It would be nice to have directions that give the shortest route from that direction. Coming all the way down to 575 was farther than we needed to go, but since the GPS did not recognize the address, we had a hard time figuring out the most direct route.

Buckhorn Lodge

The staff with the reservation line was very helpful as well as the person on call,Patty. We got a little lost getting there and she made a phone all to Tommy who met us where we were and we followed him to the property.

Tranquility Creek

We had a wonderful time at our cabin! It was beautifully decorated, and we had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed to cook. And the view was truly amazing! Also, there was plenty of room for 8 people to relax and enjoy each other's company, and if someone needed some alone time, there was space for that, too. The only drawback was that you did not offer directions for us coming from Nashville. When I called the office they told me to "just follow your GPS to Ellijay and follow our directions from there". But that is not the way to get to Blue Ridge from the north (you don't take the interstate into Ellijay). We had 3 cars traveling at 3 different times, and we all took different routes. But we had a wonderful time, and look forward to coming back and exploring the area even more!

Forever View

Great location to experience the North GA Mountains. Even though we were approx. 45 minutes from the Jeepfest events in Jasper, we were close to other areas and able to enjoy more of the area. We took a journey to Blue Ridge and ventured down FS roads 58 and 42 to complete a loop, passing by Springer Mountain on the way back. Great time over all, couldn't ask for anything else to make the stay more complete.
