Dwelling Place is a beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bath log home, sleeping up to 10 guests that offers the following:
All of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following unless otherwise stated in the listing:
Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans. Linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1-washcloth per person listed on guest list, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dustpan, mop, internet, and propane gas grill. In addition, we provide a complimentary start-up supply of Toilet Tissue (1 roll per bathroom), 1- roll paper towels, 4- kitchen garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, dishwashing liquid and laundry detergent for at least 2 loads. Many of our cabins include more than this basic list of inventory items. The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.
Required Fees include $245 Cleaning Fee, $65 Damage Protection Waiver, processing fee, guest service fee, Coosawattee gate pass fee (not a physical pass it is for use of the resorts gates), and a 15% lodging tax

I stayed with blue sky rentals ""the dwelling place" for our yearly family get together. The place was great, our family just goes to play games spend time with one another and take a few days off from this chaotic world. The dwelling place was very comfortable very roomy, had a lot to do we enjoyed the grill , the hot tub, the fire pits, to make marshmallows for the kids. We will be using them again the staff was very friendly, very informative and would respond back very efficiently.
