Maybe you are two (2) families wanting to experience North GA together? No worries, The Barn at Cold Mountain Pond is on the same property as Blue Sky's top-rated Cold Mountain Pond. Step inside this newly renovated cabin and experience country charm with a modern spin. Don't forget to drop your line in the private pond and try your luck at a largemouth bass while you're there. The Barn is also comfortably situated alongside Rock Creek if you are up for some trout fishing! Located between the towns of Ellijay and Blue Ridge, there are plenty of hiking, horseback riding, and water activities to keep you busy for days.

The Barn at Cold Mountain Pond is a beautifully decorated one bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms renovated barn-style cabin that will sleep two people and offers the following:
All of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following unless otherwise stated in the listing:
Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans. Linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1-washcloth per person listed on guest list, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dustpan, mop, internet, and propane gas grill. In addition, we provide a complimentary start-up supply of Toilet Tissue (1 roll per bathroom), 1- roll paper towels, 4- kitchen garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, dishwashing liquid and laundry detergent for at least 2 loads. Many of our cabins include more than this basic list of inventory items. The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.
Required Fees include $110 Cleaning fee, $65 Damage Protection Waiver, processing fee, guest service fee, and a 15% lodging tax

This location is top notch. The property itself was amazing and well kept. The cabin was clean and well stocked. The management company was very accommodating as was the host. There were a few small issues that are easy to fix to make this a full 5 stars, but the management company was notified of them and were extremely understanding and wonderful. Great place. We really enjoyed our stay here! It was the perfect size for two adults, and the location was amazing. Its a very short drive from the highway to the cabin unlike many of the cabin rentals weve had in the past where you spend 20 minutes just getting up the mountain to your cabin. The cabin itself was very cute. A great stay and wed definitely come back!
