Our gardens are designed for your comfort and pleasure in every season of the year. The 126 benches along the paths on the south side of the Valley Gardens invite you to sit, rest and let your senses take over.
Take a deep breath of fresh clean air scented with the natural fragrance of flowers and plants. Gaze around at the vast Fern Dell, thick with hundreds of varieties running almost a mile along a gentle stream. Dont miss the aerial acrobatics of dragonflies zooming across the Japanese Gardens seven ponds before they rest just for a second or two -- on the blooms of water iris.
A grove of soaring mature hardwoods shades The Arbor Caf dining area. Listen to the birds sing and waterfalls splash as you bite into a sandwich made with fresh-baked artisan bread. Even the names are appetizing: Cranberry Walnut, Black Olive Asiago and Cheddar Jalapeno are just a few of the delicious choices. And, make sure to leave room for the best pound cake youve ever tasted.
Treat yourself to Gibbs Gardens. Less than an hour north of Atlanta, theres no charge for parking. Trams -- $5 for a day pass -- will take you between the Welcome Center and Manor House Gardens and the Welcome Center and Japanese Gardens. Theres nothing like a day at Gibbs Gardens to renew your spirit and refresh your sense of wonder. |

We have lots more information here at the store as well as unique opportunities to buy other locally grown, sustainable raised and grown products.
Some of our items:
Italian Sausage
Our own pork mixed with savory Italian seasoning.
Available in casing (like bratwurst) or in bulk (like our regular sausage).
Available beginning Sept. 8th.
Raw Sourwood Honey
From our neighbor`s hives; the same farm family that brings you spring wildflower honey.
Sadly, they lost nearly half of their hives this summer, so supplies are limited.

Grumpy Old Men Brewing was founded in October of 2012. Their brewery was founded by a couple of retired beer enthusiasts that went from brewing in an outdoor shower to opening their own Micro-Brewery located in Blue Ridge, Georgia. In 2018, the guys decided it was becoming too much work so they passed over their tap handles to another Grumpy Old Man & his Crabby Old Lady. The original grumpy old men are now enjoying their retirement from the other side of the bar, drinking awesome beer. |
